Bus tour to King's Bay/
St. Mary's (includes lunch at the
Base Galley) - There are
security issues for touring the base so you will need to be on the guest
list and have photo ID. Everyone will have to go through three security checks
at the gate, at the gate to the piers, and at the boat. Don't bring anything
that airport security would have a problem with. Only one camera per group will
be allowed. Everyone will need to fill out a
security form ahead of time. We are hopeful that, besides touring the base, we can
get a tour of a trident missile boat in Kings
Bay. The minimum age for a child going on the trident submarine is 8yrs old. We will also tour the Submarine
museum at St. Mary's. We will run two groups simultaneously. While one
is at the Museum, the other will be at the base. The max group size
for the submarine base and tour is 200. Attendance is on a first come first
serve basis determined by your registration date. This tour is not for those who
have difficulty walking long distances, climbing boat ladders or those confined
to a wheelchair. The walk from the buses to the pier is approx. 500 yards. Start
exercising!
The "Welcome Aboard" reception will be held on the Lady
St. John's River boat. The boat can accommodate the first 300 people. The
River Cruise group pointed out that there is no wheelchair access to or on the
boats and everyone is asked to wear sensible shoes and plan for a three hour
tour.
Tour of St. Augustine is a guided bus tour with several stops in
the area. Lunch is not included as there
are many places to stop and eat along the tour.
Reunion Dinner Banquet will be held at the
Wyndham
Jacksonville Riverwalk Hotel. A 4 piece steel band plays for 4 hours. Some demo tracks are
available at their website www.floribbeans.com.
Dinner choices will be made during registration.

Total cost: $250/person. There is a discount of
$50/person if a 50% down payment is made prior to 6 months before the event (by
Dec. 16, 2006).
We require 50% down with
the balance to be paid 3 months in advance (by Feb. 16, 2007) of the actual reunion date.
Refund Policy: If you cancel 3 months before the
reunion (by Feb. 16, 2007), you will receive a full refund immediately. If you
cancel after that deadline, you will have to wait until the account is settled
after the reunion and we will assess the cost of cancellation at that time. Each
situation will be carefully looked at to give the most fair refund amount.

to attend so that we won't waste time trying to contact you to get your
decision.
